Barrie Mershon is a senior-level Marketing and Advertising professional who specializes in all facets of communication, ranging from strategic development to project implementation. She has over 20 years of experience in the advertising/marketing field on both client and agency side.

Kerri is responsible for the financial management of Designs on Talent’s operations. In this role she provides oversight for the financial management of the business, establishes the protocols and standards for internal reporting and compensation, and assist in building the business model and plan, management communication, and risk management for the company.  Kerri’s extensive experience with small, innovative, pioneering companies makes her uniquely qualified to serve as the Chief Financial Officer for Designs on Talent.

Mandy has been supporting clients and customers for years.   Beginning with an online shoe retailer, Comfort Feet, she was the main interface between the vendors and the customers.  She also worked for Astral Brands with a number of major television and web based products focusing specifically on the Pure Minerals and Aloette makeup lines.  In this role, Mandy worked with the product development team, television shopping networks and distributors on the placement and sales of these products. 

It was her third grade teacher who, while praising a poster Jaime had drawn for a class project, first suggested the eight-year-old might consider a future in graphic design. Ten years and countless Crayola boxes later, Jaime landed at Washington University in St. Louis, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Communications and a Minor in Business.
