After participating in so many training programs over the years, we saw how ineffective they can be. Assuming that everyone needs the same training, at the same time, just didn't make sense to us.
We know that everyone has different strengths to leverage and needs to develop. The trick is, figuring out what they are, and working them.

- Next day, written, robust feedback and development planning, shared in a one-on-one coaching session
